Returns & Refunds Policy — SVYT BODY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on svytbody.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)
In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Trying on is allowed as it would be in a store. However, if an item shows signs of wear or use beyond what is necessary to try it on, we may apply a deduction to your refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, use, pilling, stretching, washing, odors, makeup marks, or fabric damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or offer partial refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Return an Item
If you have a customer account:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to "Order History"
- Find the order you want to return
- Click "Request Return"
- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
- Submit your return request
- Wait for our approval (usually within 1–2 business days)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and our return address via email
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to the provided address

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.
4. Return Shipping & Refunds by Region
EU & Netherlands Orders
SVYT BODY offers free shipping on all EU orders. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund the full price of the returned item.
Since we offer free standard shipping, there is no outbound shipping charge to refund. If you selected an express or premium shipping option at checkout and paid a surcharge, that surcharge is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
International Orders (Switzerland & Rest of World)
SVYT BODY offers free shipping on international orders. For destinations outside the European Union, your order total includes import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees that are paid on your behalf to government customs authorities and shipping carriers.
Important: These third-party charges are paid directly to foreign government authorities and carriers upon import. Once processed, they cannot be recovered by SVYT BODY. Therefore, import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are non-refundable.
Upon an approved return, you will receive a refund of the product price. The following amounts will be deducted from your refund, as they are not retained by SVYT BODY and cannot be reclaimed:
- Import duties and taxes paid to the destination country's customs authority
- Customs processing and brokerage fees paid to the shipping carrier
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. SVYT BODY is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
SVYT BODY reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned in an unsuitable condition, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags.
Item Inspection & Diminished Value
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, strong odor, or other use beyond trying on, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value. This deduction can range from partial to up to 100% (meaning no refund) if the item cannot be resold in its original condition. If a deduction is applied, we will notify you by email and may provide photo evidence upon request.
Partial Returns
If you return only some items from your order and keep the rest, the original shipping cost (if any was charged) is non-refundable, since the delivery was completed and you are retaining part of your order.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with consumer law. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, and issue a full refund including all shipping and duty charges.
8. Rejected Returns
If a return does not meet the conditions (for example: clear signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, missing tags), we may treat it as a non-compliant return.
In this case:
- We may offer a reduced refund, or
- If the item cannot be accepted, we can return the item back to you at your expense
If you want the item shipped back, you must pay the reshipping cost. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we may store the item temporarily and charge reasonable storage/admin fees where allowed, or request your written instruction for disposal or donation.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
- Gift cards
10. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date the item is delivered
- Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may change
- If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible
Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return conditions apply.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable EU or UK consumer protection laws.
