These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website svytbody.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from SVYT BODY ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Modify product descriptions or pricing at any time

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric stretch.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are included in the order total. You will not be charged any additional costs upon delivery.

We accept payment via:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• iDEAL (where available)

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• The item is not yet in stock
• Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidance only
• Delays may occur due to production or logistics

Payment for pre-orders is charged at the time of purchase.

6. Customer Accounts

You may create an account on our Site. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions & Marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications:

• You consent to receive emails from us
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails

Marketing communications are optional and not required to place an order.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We currently ship to the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Free shipping is included on all orders.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU customers: All prices include VAT. No additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland: Your order is shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DAP). Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are not included in your order total and will be charged by Swiss Post upon delivery. These fees are typically around CHF 30 for orders in this price range.

Please note: for non-EU orders, your order total includes third-party charges (import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees) paid on your behalf to government customs authorities and shipping carriers. In the event of a return, these charges are non-refundable as they cannot be reclaimed once processed. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Products are manufactured in China.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms.

In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to conditions described in the policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear or use beyond trying on may not be eligible for return.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, designs, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of SVYT BODY. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SVYT BODY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

EU and UK consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
