ABOUT SVYT
SVYT is a wearable art project founded in Amsterdam.
It explores the relationship between body, surface, and image - through prints that begin as original artworks before becoming garments.
Each composition is developed specifically for the brand: visual work first, clothing second. Every print is an original digital artwork - not a licensed pattern or a reused motif - created through layered digital techniques that can take weeks to complete. Each design exists in limited quantities; once a print is gone, it is not reproduced.
The prints are translated onto a carefully selected polyamide blend (78% polyamide, 22% elastane) - chosen over cotton or viscose for a specific reason. Only this fabric holds the pigment with the depth digital artwork requires, moves with the body without distortion, and keeps its shape wash after wash. It feels soft, lightweight, and second-skin - a surface that moves with the body without interrupting it.
Printing is done through a process that bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers, not onto the surface - the artwork becomes part of the textile, not a layer that cracks or fades.
SVYT focuses on clean silhouettes, subtle textures, and precise visual balance. The work moves between structure and fluidity, clarity and atmosphere.
SVYT is not driven by trends. It is made for people who wear image deliberately - who want what's on their body to mean something, quietly.
Relic Code is the first collection - an archive of visual states. Prints that carry the texture of something ancient and the logic of something coded.
Relic Code unfolds in chapters. The first is Zero State: the moment before form takes over. Before identity settles. A body, a surface, and an image - not yet decided.
