Shipping Policy - SVYT BODY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on svytbody.com.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Countries within the European Union
  • Switzerland

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@svytbody.com.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During product launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • EU: 2–5 business days (via DHL, UPS or PostNL)
  • Switzerland: 3–6 business days (via PostNL or UPS)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to local postal services, customs processing, or peak periods. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders. All shipping costs are included in the product price.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU customers: All prices include VAT. No additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland: Your order is shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DAP). Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are not included in your order total and will be charged by Swiss Post upon delivery. These fees are typically around CHF 30 for orders in this price range.

Please note: for orders shipped outside the EU, your order total includes third-party charges (import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees) that are paid on your behalf to government customs authorities and shipping carriers. In the event of a return, these charges are non-refundable as they cannot be reclaimed once processed. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Products are manufactured in China.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

SVYT BODY is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details
  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@svytbody.com with your order number. While we will do our best to assist, SVYT BODY is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

SVYT BODY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only
  • Shipping timelines may change due to production or logistics

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your pre-order has been dispatched.
