We ship from Amsterdam and Prague to all EU countries, Switzerland and Ukraine.

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Delivery times (from dispatch)

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–5 business days
• Ukraine: 2–4 business days
• Switzerland: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery destination
• Orders to Switzerland and Ukraine are shipped DAP: any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery

All orders are shipped with track & trace. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.
