- Accounting: Moneybird
These providers act as data processors or as independent controllers and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Personal data shared with carriers and fulfilment partners is limited to what is necessary to deliver your order: name, address, phone number, and email for delivery notifications.
Hosting and data processing. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify collects and processes your personal data when you visit and make purchases on our store, including to provide services based on your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify ("Enhanced Services"). These Enhanced Services enable us and Shopify to provide you with a more customised experience, serve you more relevant ads, and understand how you interact with our store and our ads.
Data sharing. Information about your activity on our store will be shared with Shopify and other third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide you and us with services, including Enhanced Services.
Your privacy rights with Shopify. You can opt out of Shopify's processing of your data for certain uses, or request deletion of your data, directly via Shopify's privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com. 7. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
- Adequacy decisions, where the European Commission has recognised the destination country as providing an adequate level of protection
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
Deliveries to Ukraine. Where you place an order to be delivered in Ukraine, your name, address, phone number and email are transferred to our carrier Nova Post in Ukraine so that your order can be delivered. Ukraine is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. This transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, and is made on the basis of Article 49(1)(b) GDPR, supported by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Deliveries to Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an EU adequacy decision, and transfers of delivery data to Swiss carriers and customs authorities take place on that basis.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice:
- Order and transaction data: 7 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Dutch tax law
- Customer account data: for the duration of your account, plus 12 months after account deletion
- Marketing and communication data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe
- Website analytics data: up to 26 months, depending on the analytics provider
- Customer support correspondence: up to 2 years after resolution
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
