Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your SVYT BODY piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns (EU customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not refund original shipping fees

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

  • SVYT BODY is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.

International returns (outside EU)

International customers may return items under the same conditions.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
