• We refund you within 14 days after you notify us. We may wait until we have received the item or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.
• Refunds go to your original payment method; your bank may need a few extra days.
• We'll email you once your return has arrived and been checked.

Wrong size? Exchange it once for another size of the same piece — we ship the new size free within the EU. Request it in your account or by email, send the original back to our return address, and we'll dispatch your new size as soon as it arrives (subject to availability). For a different print, please return the item and place a new order.

You may try your piece on as you would in a store. Because our pieces are worn close to the body, please try them on over clean, dry skin, without make-up, deodorant or body products.

If a returned item shows handling beyond trying on — for example washing, make-up or deodorant marks, fake tan, perfume, smoke or body odour, pet hair, snags or stretching, or a removed tag — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. We will always explain our assessment and the amount.

• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
• If you return your entire order, we also refund the original shipping at our standard rate. For partial returns, the original shipping is not refunded.
• The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. If tracking confirms delivery to our return address, we process your refund and handle any issue with the carrier ourselves.

Multi-item offers are priced by the number of items you keep. If you return part of an offer, the items you keep are recalculated at the offer price for that quantity (or the regular price if fewer qualify), and we refund the difference.

Example: you buy three pieces for €279 and return one — two pieces cost €199, so we refund €80.
