Returns & Refunds Policy — SVYT BODY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on svytbody.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Shipping Policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within that period by a clear statement. You can do this by using the withdrawal function available in the footer of our website and on your order status page, by email to info@svytbody.com, or by using the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
- After you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
The withdrawal function on our website is a two-step process: you enter your name and order details, then confirm your withdrawal. Your withdrawal takes effect at the moment you confirm, and we will send you an acknowledgement by email. This function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period.
Your right of withdrawal does not require our approval. Once we receive your notice, we will send you return instructions and our return address.
2. Condition of Returned Items
You are free to examine and try on the item as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We ask that items be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused beyond trying on
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging where possible
Missing tags or packaging do not remove your right of withdrawal. They may, however, be taken into account when we assess the diminished value of the returned item (see Section 6).
3. How to Return an Item
If you have a customer account:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to "Order History"
- Find the order you want to return
- Click "Request Return"
- Select the items you wish to return and, optionally, provide a reason
- Submit your return request
We process return requests within 1–2 business days, after which you will receive return instructions and our return address by email.
If you do not have a customer account, please contact us at info@svytbody.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Pack the items securely and ship them back to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning items to us is borne by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (see Section 8).
This applies to all destinations we ship to: the European Union, Switzerland and Ukraine.
SVYT BODY is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit by the carrier you choose.
5. Refund of Original Shipping Costs
Full order returns. Where you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the price of the goods together with the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout.
If you selected an express or premium delivery option, we will refund the amount corresponding to our least expensive standard delivery method for your destination. The surcharge for the faster option is not refundable.
Where shipping was provided free of charge or under a promotional offer, no delivery cost was paid and therefore none is refunded.
Partial returns. If you return only part of your order and keep the rest, the original delivery cost is not refunded, since delivery was completed for the items you are retaining.
6. Refunds and Item Inspection
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and notify you by email of the outcome.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a further 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Diminished value. If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, strong odour, makeup marks, pilling or stretching beyond what is necessary to try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Depending on the extent of the damage, this deduction may range from partial to the full value of the item where it can no longer be sold as new. If a deduction is applied, we will notify you by email and can provide photographic evidence on request.
7. Customs Duties and Import Charges on Returns
Orders to Switzerland and Ukraine are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees are paid by you directly to the carrier or the customs authority of your country, and are not part of the amount you paid to SVYT BODY. For this reason we are not able to refund them.
In many cases these charges can be reclaimed from your national customs authority when goods are re-exported. We will provide any documentation you reasonably need in order to make such a claim.
If a shipment is refused at customs and returned to us, any return transport costs, customs charges or other expenses we incur as a result may be deducted from your refund.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us at info@svytbody.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
You benefit from a statutory guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. Where an item does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract for a refund.
In these cases we cover the cost of returning the item and, where the contract is cancelled, refund the full amount paid, including the original delivery cost. Where you have paid import charges on the item, we will reimburse those on presentation of the customs documentation.
Please report issues as soon as reasonably possible after you discover them. Photographs taken shortly after delivery help us resolve transit damage with the carrier, but late notice does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Returns That Do Not Meet the Conditions
If a returned item shows use beyond trying on, we will apply a deduction for diminished value as described in Section 6 rather than refusing the return.
Where an item is returned outside the withdrawal period, or is not eligible for return under Section 10, we will contact you and can send it back to you at your expense. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we may charge a reasonable storage fee where permitted, and we will not dispose of or donate the item without your written instruction.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal:
- Gift cards
- Items for which the withdrawal period has expired and no statutory guarantee claim applies
11. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
12. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:
- The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the item is delivered to you
- Estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance and may change
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting us; we will refund you in full
Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard terms of this policy apply.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
